Experiential Marketing/Motorsports – Senior Account Executive - Hybrid

Campbell Marketing and Communications is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team.

Our Senior Account Executive is responsible for project management of complex accounts to ensure desired results, client satisfaction and account profitability.

This self-driven individual is eager to learn and develop a skill set to benefit both themselves and the company. The ideal candidate is curious about the industry, willing to accept challenges, and possesses a welcoming personality and a forward-thinking mindset.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages complex accounts and responsible for total project management: proposal, program implementation, and management of budget and staff.
• Works with clients to determine, develop and accomplish strategies and objectives.
• Provides guidance and direction to Account Executives and Assistant Account Executives assigned to projects.
• Expands account profitability through good service and new business development.
• Oversees program budgets and makes adjustments when necessary.
• Manages key client, vendor and partner relationships serving as a day-to-day liaison.
• Completes additional duties as assigned.
• Adheres to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and all other company policies, procedures, and processes.
